Scheduling Consultations with Attorneys and Associates

JCS Law Corporation provides a free consultation to potential new clients. A consultation does not create an attorney client relationship or obligate either party to engage in future services. Fees, Charges, and Payments

The first 30-minute consultation is free. Fees for further legal work will be determined and agreed upon in writing before work is started. Payment terms and forms accepted are subject to further discussion and agreement, and will be clearly stated in your engagement agreement. Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. For non-payment of services completed, service will either be suspended or terminated and action taken to recover amounts paid.

Confidential Nature of Advice

The firm is committed to protecting the confidentiality of client information to the maximum extent provided by law or applicable professional obligations. However, information transmitted via the internet is never absolutely secure. The firm will make commercially reasonable efforts to secure personally-identifiable and confidential information transmitted via the internet, but cannot give 100% assurances that such information may not be intercepted, accessed, distributed or used by unauthorized third parties. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the applicable federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the Site, you agree that such choices of law are acceptable and hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts sitting in Davidson County, Tennessee for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
